We've both been in (and out) of FML for a long time, myself since 2006. I remember your name as one of the long term holders.
Congratulations, it seems that your Twincab has finally come home. I suspect that the longer you wait the more twincabs you will be able to purchase.
Not sure what the situation in Japan will do to availability. Many of the models are made in Thailand, although some of the components in Japan.
