I agree, if anyone is first to engineer this, it is Silex. In MG's own presentations, the next step is Phase 2 - Engineering Validation. If this Phase is successful, there will be no stop to full commercialization.
Moosey, page 7 of the Paulson report clearly states that the GLE scope is UF6-enrichment - nothing more, nothing less.
