Hey Londoner,
All management are in the UK at the moment.
ISF could actually benefit from the recent government initiative announcements.
Technology is the way to go forward. iSoft is already rolling out their software. The goverment would be scathed if they abandoned previous contracts and started afresh.
I think whilst there may be delays to receiving the profits, the contracts will be honoured and in fact following cost cuts, ISF will be valued at a lot more than x4 PE
