    Hi Molonski,

I certainly remember the great days of $5.03 and the $3 lunch with good wines ... I also drank with Alpha C and many others in the CROWN ... And we did argue/debate all along ... LOL!

Moloski, we were all very lucky to make money out of GTP/TIM. But all the good old days are now gone ... and the life becomes distressful ...

New comers can hardly imagine GTP used to be debt free and J Young said "Remember, doing this kind of business can never ever have debts", but now GTP has mortgaged all its lands to the banks and the debt/equity ratio > 100%... JY once boasted "the most valuable assets of GTP is its sales team", now GTP has to cut its entire work force especially the sales team. GTP used to double its sales and e/s each year, but now they are shrinking each year and the e/s would most likely go red this year for the first time in its history. ... and JY has "retired" from CEO ...
