Zwu ...Yes , lovely times ..and lets be honest , we all did very very nicely out of it , and thats what it is all about .
Personally , I should have made a lot more but still did very nicely and learned a few good lessons . Alphas call at the top was nothing short of perfection .
My feeling is we will see many changes in this sector , but little doubt you are going to see slowing sales . And you are certainly correct about the no debt policy , I well remember having that told to me and exactly where it was said to me .
Certainly , in my case I couldnt see " the wood for the trees " ( pun intended ) , maybe we organise another lunch at " pick your price ..debate " .
Anyhow ..I dont hold a single unit and this is unlikely to change , however do wish holders well ..but I will just sit back and watch .
