the problem is with downer is they let mates employ mates no experience needed. everyone at downer are to worried about there job because they dont really know what there doing from what i have been told . I know of one instance where a project manager was put in place. and it turned out he had never managed or ever run a job before in his life but he was a higher up managments mate. no way to run a company in my eyes that project when dont the drain i wonder why. that is what sent us near broke with the trains all inexperienced personal. its allready starting to happen again in my eyes. a company that dont learn from its mistakes is only traveling the same old road.... ask the earners about the burners (ask the workers about managnent) never invest in a company untill you talk to the earners. IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED YOU SHOULD NOT GET THE JOB FULL STOP I DONT CARE WHO YOU KNOW. this is my opinion from my research. please dyor do not take this as advice it is just my view after talking to the earners.
