i was told a story that downer sent a team of men to WA with there superviser. a crew a team of blokes that work togother well know there job and had a good superviser. but when they got to WA the project manager over there. split them up created a big fight took gear of them tryed to get there blokes the job and just totaly stuffed the whole show just to show he was incharge the superviser said enough is enough and quite not long after. this is the sort of thing that kills downer. the crew worked togother for the last 3 years till they got to WA. and it was aloud to continue. how can any comany work like this. just my research do your own please
