Looks to me like Brisbane and other areas in qld have lost a 8%+ and now seeing some jobs shed, so after more jobs come lower prices on houses.
That's the usual cycle, lower house prices first so people don't spend the flow on effect takes awhile but deteriorates into a spiral.
Wonder how many jobs they will slash in the public service.
So around 200k staff, take out 27k about 11% decrease just in the public service.
