The issue of advertising jobs is an interesting one. In my field(construction),the last thing I do is advertise. I have 50 odd permanents in the field,supplemented by casuals as required. If I advertise I get all the transients who can do the work but are simply unemployable because of the disruption they cause.They are all well known and their reputation precedes them,they keep annoying you for ages. Turns ou to be a nightmare.
