Looks like this is the same software developer position they advertised in March this year. Did the individual they hire quit already?
Looking at the job description, they want a JOAT (Jack Of All Trades that does web/systems/app development) but pay them only as a front end developer. Unless they're offering $350k+ per annum, they'll struggle to fill the position with a suitably qualified individual.
