Carey, great player as he certainly was, would never be a person I could possibly admire. Apart form his addiction to drugs, I was never impressed with his attitude towards women. I heard about this attitude from a number of female friends, which sadly,are rather diminished in numbers! Of course, his background would have done him no favours.
