RBL is very different. The artist creates the artwork/visual, then RBL print it on various items through one of their numerous suppliers. It would be difficult to replicate given the software investment and scale required, but far from impossible.
RBL definitely owns the customer. The artist does not have the means to take orders and produce such a large product range with their items, it's just not economically feasible. So RBL are definitely adding value and definitely own the customer.
As for lease as % of PBT - it's not really relevant, as RBL is online only.
