Perseus Mining Limited (PRU) is focused on exploration and development of gold projects in West Africa and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ayanfuri Gold Project:
The Ayanfuri Mine Licenses are situated on the Obuasi-Akropong portion of the Ashanti Belt, 25-65km south west of the 60Moz Obuasi gold deposit. As at May 2007, total resources stood at 37.2Mt @ 1.55g/t Au for 1.83Moz Au. Feasibility studies are being conducted for a 2-3Mtpa CIL plant operation at Ayanfuri.

Grumesa (90%):
The project covers 8 deposits and is located within the Ashanti gold belt of south west Ghana, 30km south east of the 60Moz Obuasi gold mine. The Ghana government has a right to a 10% interest in the project at the mining stage. As at May 2007, total resources stand at 29Mt @ 0.9g/t Au for 800,000oz Au. Feasibility studies are being conducted for a heap leach plant operation.

Tengrela (80%):
The Tengrela Project is located in the Ivory Coast on the border with Mali, 30km SSW from the Syama gold mine. Perseus has a net 80% interest in the Tengrela project, with 10% held by a local partner and 10% reserved for the Government at the mining stage. In 2007, Perseus plans to conduct the first phase of a 50,000m RC drilling program at Tengrela.

Tolubay:
The project is situated in Hauway valley, 110km from Osh city in central western Kyrgyz Republic. Soil sampling has defined auferious trends totalling 7.3km in length and comprising 2km x 200m Obdilla prospect and Dome gold anomaly. As at August 2006, Inferred resource from the area was estimated at 10.4Mt @ 1.9g/t Au for 618,000oz of gold.

Kwatechi Project (76%):
The Kwatechi project is located within Ashanti gold belt of south west Ghana, south of the Grumesa project. Perseus has the right to earn a 76% equity after allowing for the Ghana Government, which has a right to a 10% interest in the project at the mining stage. Soil sampling, RC drilling and trenching has identified two gold mineralised trends totalling 13km strike, from which hits of 10m at 14.3g/t, 8m at 10.9g/t and 4m at 7.5g/t Au were recently reported.

Savoyardy:
The project is located in the south of the Kyrgyz Republic on the border with China. As at May 2007, PRU has entered into an agreement forming a JV with ASX listed, Kentor Gold Limited (Kentor) over the Savoyardy Gold Project.
