There is no plans for global scalability with this JV.
This is for Australia only and so by all rights they could just plod along with 2 machines for several years waiting for someone big to invest, all while 2022 comes and goes and they blatantly ignore the fact that KSA are no longer interested because they lost CAT.
This could very much be the scenario you are looking at unless you accept the fact that a capital raise needs to happen and will dilute the hell out of the stock
