I see no reason why they keeping this quiet is a problem. You don't see Apple announcing what Patents they filed in their investor NASDAQ announcement do you ? The material sensitive part is when these patents are used in a manufactured block that is used by the HX to build structure that is revenue generation. Taking Apple as an example again, a lot of investor do look at patents filed by Apple to try and "predict" if they gonna have a killer product and hence revenue generation. Also works well, if its left field, and the market entirely doesn't expect it to happen.
