I think alot of people are also forgetting that IK was awarded performance options at the general meeting in April by us shareholders. Those 1 million options have an excercise price of .25c. Thats a pretty good incentive for any managing director to ensure a company performs above and beyond shareholders expectations in my book. I know i for one voted for those options to be granted for the very reason that it would drive management to move Mantle Minings agenda forward for the benefit of all us shareholders in the medium to longterm!
