Ms Peel, I am under the impression that the JV relates ONLY too BM so I am not sure why everyone is referring to the LV tenements?

I do understand that some people thing Exergen will not get the LV tenements they after if the BM JV takes place before but I disagree.. BHP and RIO do not only have one project and neither does Exergen need to have only one project IMO.

I do not believe that the BM JV will be delayed until Exergen gets the LV allocation but thats all IMO...
