Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to support the UK sales team with the sales process and installation of CFCL’s products. The incumbent will also be expected to support service and support team colleagues with field maintenance (filter changes) and other technical activities. After training the incumbent may also be required to carry out installation and commissioning of products in the field.

The incumbent will be expected to establish and foster excellent technical relationships with CFCL’s installer partners within the UK.

This role will be based in the UK (Wallingford), and will involve business travel throughout the UK. On occasion travel to other locations in Europe may be required.

Remuneration package based on experience.



Qualifications
You will be an enthusiastic and enterprising Sales Support Engineer seeking a career within a leading high tech company. As a guideline your CV and experience should demonstrate the following:

2-3 years previous technical sales experience, preferably in the energy market (micro-CHP technology sector experience and contacts highly regarded);
Knowledge of heating systems and their efficient integration;
Current Gas Safe accreditation essential;
Experience with renewable energy and/or heating technology is preferential;
Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills;
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and designs.
Highly self-motivated with a proven track record in hitting sales-and service targets.
Demonstrable track record of reliable remote working as you should expect to be at customer sites for a majority of your time.
Training on CFCL technology and systems will be provided
