These are the guys that used to (and still do) hang around the boss' office, trying to ingratiate themselves whispering in their ear, "hey boss, I'm not a member of the union" and then, pop the champers cork when the union -after struggling so hard at every turn- brought about better wages, conditions and safety, in their work places.
There's a word for them...
