Mark Gregory only resigned in an official capacity. . We all know the words "official" and "legal" have been scrubbed out of the CuDeco vocabulary.


From what I have heard (only yesterday to be precise ) the Chairman knows everything that is happening, and still calls certain staff (I got a text from someone on site when there was a closed door meeting the other day) to influence reporting and practices.

As far as I am aware it is serious misconduct, and a breach of a legal standing order, which carries a big fine and I am sure that the Inspectorate has already been informed.
