In order to get a better gauge of the prospects of Lake Resources delivering an operational plant at Kachi, looking at the people engaged by Lake & their technology development partner, Lilac Solutions, IMO would be a very good indicator.
In addition to this, where they have identified a need for a resource is also a good indicator of where things are headed.
So with this in mind I think something which will best show this would be to reverse engineer the org structure at both companies.
I've started down this road by collating advertised jobs, but will also look at board structure, high profile hires who have been announced & those who've publicly posted an association on their Linked in Profile - this may include third party service providers (ie Hatch) if I can show a link.
I'll endeavour to update this thread when there are enough new roles to warrant it.
