The way that was written especially mentioning the fuel issues it may be that copperco has run out of cash. (Though you'd hope management hasn't let it get this bad.)
Either way if exploration is halted and severe cut backs are made copperco should be able to maintain net positive cash flow and begin paying back debt next year. But until we here more things remain grim. This is not the time to be having debt problems.
