when u send all these resumes do you ever follow up and get a satisfactory anser as why your application was unsuccessful?

Might I suggest that the reason was that there wasn't a job in the first place so CV went to the little round filing cabinet next to secretaries bin.

If that is where you want to be might I suggest a letter of request for work experience addressed personally to the CEO/MD (find out his correct name). Mark the letter private and confidential.
Ask his assistance in reviewing you experince thus far and if he couldn't help you with work experince could he suggest a way for you to get a start on your desired career path. Remember most people if asked correctly will help if they can.
