In today's edition of the Oil and Gas Weekly, John Campbell is rather sceptical about the Sugarloaf prospects. He argues that other companies working in the area have found initial flows from finds decrease rapidly and this suggests the underground resources could be in small pockets.
Jocam makes no reference to the enthusiasm for the area shown by Conoco and Crouch Oil; as we know, agentm's been reminding hc readers for months that they obviously think Sugarloaf could be huge.
How long will it take before we get a clearer indication as to who is right?
