Jocot is very important for NDO holders. There are plenty of Oil experts at NDO. But when these SC permits expire it only a good relationship with Philo Govt that will preserve the untapped value with an extension. You only keep what you have drilled on expiry. I think JOCOT is a good asset.
As for Boysey he thinks that if NDO and KIK fail the company he has stock which has a permit close by will be able to pick up these fantastic permits. This is ridiculous and his posts are bias in the extreme.
