    The article mentions "details of a telephone call", "records of the call", "the call record" etc.

    Wouldn't they actually say 'recording' if that is what they were referring to?

    The Schiff letter also says 'documents' rather than 'tapes'. Oversight?

    A record of the call and a recording of the call are very different.
