So it seems two questions prevail 1. What casued the derailemnt and 2. what effect would brakes have had in the case.
Answers...you have NFI but yet somehow its TRUMP'S fault
And btw...my issue isn't with why or how the accident was caused although in the fullness of time we need to know. Indeed, that wasn't the concern i raised in my postings on H/C...its more about the fiasco of the post-accident disaster management.
