Rather be a majority shareholder in MED, he prefers to become minority in INN, must has his own reasons. As said in his recommendation to MED shareholders that INN has "financial backings to allow Merlin Project to gain traction more quickly". That tells Merlin requires large capital expenditures to start off production, where INN is the supporter. In times, INN will benefits to support its sp high PE. MED minority shareholders could only wait to see miracles to list in ASX.
