If you read through NADs ann over the last 2 years you will come to the conclusion that all directors had a self interest, and it was definately not the poor shareholder.
A few years ago they appointed a good md who was focused on minning and he bought shares in the company... he got sacked
Most of the charlatens and spins and carpet baggers have left now, leaving a shell of a company

Joe will pick up by taking over NAD and in that vein will take over TEU
A company that was spun off by these "directors"
TEU has some of the best underexplored land in the Territory, besides TUC
