he thought it is divisive. He thought it would be divisive for the indigenous community as how could they decide who was the “voice”. They are a number of differing tribes. He wanted to know if they would elect people to become the voice or they were anointed. he also thought it would divide Australia into different races and cause resentment for indigenous from other Australians who are not as privileged.
