Seems like labour supporters are just as one eyed as their leader Miss Management. If labour has done such a great job then why did they have to get rid of their leader and why are they not crowing about their accomplishments. I guess 4 deaths and over 100 houses destroyed is not something they care to remember, so lets move forward. Billions of dollars given away to in the great government spending stampeede. No the purchase of 100's of thousands of plasma tv's did not save our economy, the mining industry did. The installation of foreign cheap and sometimes contaminated foreign batts did not save our country either but our strong banking regulations did.
Labour is trying to spin their way into power by hurriedly postponing anything that could loose votes, internet filters, carbon tax, immigration/boat people. I dont know what government can call themselve fiscally responsible when they talk about lack of infrastructure for a "sustainable future" yet are prepared to spend $43billion on a National Broadband Network. Well actually $43b is the starting sum, which the head of NBN has already said may not be enough. So in the best of Victorian traditions Miss Takes and her crew are likely turn this into a federal Myki... so god help us all, they will have screwed the country but thank Julia will have good bandwidth, shame we cant look at porn as the internet filter will be well and truely in. And we may not be able to afford power as coal stations are likely to be banned by the greens. I guess if Labour continues the way they are going we can expect some of these boat people will be asking for the return of their boats so they can go home.
