Dui - don't blame Joe Hockey. He's been reading your posts on HC the last time Rudd led Labor into an election to become PM in 2007.

Labor is way behind in the polls and Rudd is already delineating the negatives the ALP team has to offer the people of Australia - no jobs, no education, higher interest rates, and ill health and a long term unworkable plan for the environment.

He wrongly blames John Howard for our manufacturing sector, and highlights an unworkable solution - brain-based industries (hehe yeah whatever), where Australia can pull above its weight (hehe labor reckons it can compete with China in manufacturing, yet want their workers who are illiterate, uneducated boofheads to be paid a kings ransom for being amongst other things, lazy and incompetent). I expect Rudd to support this unprofitable vision of dispair by announcing a unhealthy revival in funding for education of ALL Australians(including those troublemakers that hate going to school and just aren't good at anything, and don't wish to do anything accept claim social security and sell drugs and cause trouble), not just the hard working, intelligent and elite private school students who have so much too offer, and support for these industries.

Kev is an articulate backstabber who is hated by his own party and even his own family, and once the Australian public get a whiff of his personality will pray to be put out of their misery rather than watching him prance around like a spoilt girl.

I foresee many further encumbrances for the ALP - the party will implode under Rudd (or anyone else for that matter) and totally assist in John Howards next election victory.
