I think most companies have chosen not to buy into his swill. Legal action is costly and distracting and I think the numerous companies he has slandered (ore is by no means alone on that front) just chose to ignore him. They don't give air time to him or his rubbish.
Quarterly is what really counts and by all accounts we should continue the good fortune and uptrend once we come in on or above target. The records of shipments being supplied confirm the price and destination of OREs product. All good.
