I am no substitute for AC but think I can help out, the consolidation has likely reduced the shorting appeal on our shores but now that the share price (was) +2.40 this opened the doors to super funds and blackrock and massive instos who are lining up to kick the dog. Its not a bad thing in the long term as a lot of research goes into fundamentals and revenue stream as the instos want a return on thier investment. If they use thier influence and put out a few spotty reports and manipulate shares out of the weak hands it pushes the price down so they can increase margins. Ethical no...profitable? Absofarkingloutly
