So here's my opinion ...
He 'acted' with grace and apparent objectivity at Richard's extended olive branch during the conference (but withheld from a complete backdown). Was he afraid of being made publicly accountable for his many unsubstantiated negative claims about ORE?

And now that risk has passed, is he back to creating malicious rumours? I think the only honourable thing would be if he acted with integrity and provided factual support for his claims.
