Over at KDR there is a lot of info from people at the hearing. It is suggested that Treacy is the only MZN director that favoured litigation. His past is uninspiring, as is MZN under his control. I initially bought MZN because of the Prairie project. But the exploration he designed and authorised there has been risible, doltish even. I doubt that admin is on the cards, but a new board definitely should be.
