    could that TO situation put more pressure on the BHP and the Rio to accelerate UMC own development by offering good deal for Railway use.


    This way they prevent other sharks from entering Pilbara IO game and kep away serious competition away from them...

    jsut specculating on the bases of what was said here a few months ago re: RIO and BHP keeping major control of the area.
