Not sure about FMC, they talk big but no follow through. I think Joe just states the obvious, they are a huge player in the market, lots of experience, why are they sitting and waiting this market run away from them? A GXY jv would give them instant access to more market share in their backyard.
As far as a 60/40 split. GXY already owns the ground. The DFS is done and the project has advanced to pilot plant stage. Isn't this is worth their 60% share? Would GXY need to put any money up for the $376m plant?
Going to be interesting to see if they sell out cheap, or leverage what they already have proven with a DFS?
