But it will be on their conscience, everyone eventually meets a day of reflection, how did I treat my fellow humans, how did I contribute in a meaningful way in society, but keeping your mouth closed will weigh heavily on those who were NOT the typical tyrants and slaves, many will suffer from years of regret and take their shame to the grave feeling like outcasts who don't deserve redemption!
It will have more psychological impacts in the future than the accruing deaths. People will essentially die with remorse of having done NOTHING!
