If he fails and the price go down to $0.07, you are also going to complain.
What more do you want?
$22m salary/bonus is cheap if he manages to double BUL market cap (maybe triple or 10 times..who knows?).If you pay peanut you would only get monkey to do the job not John Ellice-Flint {Ex santos chief-the $13billion market cap}.
