True, transparency is the ideal, but governments seem to like secrecy for some reason - a big reason why I am cynical about governments (to quote: "the heart (government) cherishes secrets not worth the telling").
What legislation is the Voice likely to be most attentive to? Happens every year about May. If I was in the Voice (extremely unlikely) I'd be concentrating on the budget as it finances all the programs some of which are directly relevant to First Nations.
