Cabinet room secrecy is a bugbear. Knowing that a government may load up a trolley with documents that get wheeled through the cabinet room (not read or acted on) just for secrecy is ludicrous to me. I would suggest that the government would want any recommendations from the Voice to be confidential at least until they have had a chance to review them.So if they manage to keep that open well and good.
