There are those 'in the know' and the rest of the retail investors and bogans are just cannon fodder. Look at DTE, which has been held down and the share price worked over, and then surprise surprise a 100M CR, even though they have plenty of money. Those in the know supress the price so their associates can get in at cheap prices.
