Would love to see a resignation Ann! Would love to know what other deals were on the table and why THIS ONE was the best (in their opinion). And would love to know why Helmer says there was a chinese and japanese buyer...this deal has had a bad smell from the beginning...underpromise, overdeliver, their valuation of the company a day before announcing the deal at a much lower price... what THEY stood to gain from the deal, they did NOT act in shareholders best interests. It all stinks, always has.
