Hi suga, great posting as usual mate. Couldn't agree more. While frustrating to see our SP being held back, largely due to the uncertainty of the JV issue, it needs to be dealt with through the courts/arbitration. No amount of whining on a public forum is going to amount to anything, pick up the phone or send an email directly to the company if you have concerns.
