Than ..... why does the company needs to discuss with it's insurance the needs of possibly lodging an appeal.??
One could be forgiven to think that, if the Insurance is paying for everything, it would be up to them to decide if they will lodge an appeal or not, and not for CTP.
It could very well be then that, IMO, the Insurance might be up for some of the money, and CTP for the balance.
Is there a limit on what the Insurance company will pay out.??? Most Insurance Policies do.!!
Finally has the company announced that all of the costs and damages, if any, will be met by the Insurance Company in full.?? Have I missed that part.??
Maybe it could help if the Coy would come out and tell us about that, and be more specific in their announcements. Otherwise...
