If the Company is underperforming, that is what it is. ""Simply Underperforming""...Facts.... And IMO it is of no use whatsoever in trying to cover it all up while attacking posters that dare to express their own views and feelings.
Will it go under 30 cents as someone just posted.?? Time will tell.....but IMO... it doesn't look that good the way it is. Especially when we can't dismiss the facts, and the reality, that the Court has also ordered costs against CTP (Plus of course all of their own legal costs on top of that), for doing what they did to JH.....How much does that amounts to.??? $1mill,....more ???? Who knows!!!
Me, IMHO, if it only amounts to $1mill dollars we can consider ourselves lucky.....very lucky...
Just think what Lawyers are charging per hour, which is anything from a minimum of $500 to $500 per hour and more, and you'd soon find out what you come up with.
