CGT, better take out "most of the rest of the world" from your support list and add that to your "not support" list. And also add the majority of Aussie voters to the "not support carbon tax" list according to recent polls.

The US and China are not interested and yet they are the two highest polluters emitting more than 40% of world carbon emissions between them. Russia, Japan and Canada will not be renewing their pledges which expire next year.

This has been posted on another thread today and it seems utterly stupid that Gillard continues to try and get Australia to take this on when most of the world are shunning it. And Australia emits just over 1% of world carbon emissions.
