Abbott was elected on a platform of TRUST. He viciously slated Gillard on her carbon tax promise and now in a short space of time has a bevy of broken promises and basically his credibility is out the door. Even his signature promise of a rolls royce paid parental leave scheme has gone when on television voters saw him constantly re-affirming his commitment to its introduction. Now we have broken promises on pensions, medicare,education, cuts to the ABC and SBS, enough broken promises to sink the LNP ship. Thats without taking into account the stupid captains pick of knighting a Prince before even telling the Australian public.

What a disappointment and it is the nation which suffers as a consequence. Remedial action is needed fast.

He's done some stupid things, that is for sure.

The biggest is the lies before the election, imo.

All his political credibility is in tatters. There is no way back.

He of all people should have known better. He offered no mercy, he can expect none in return.

Live by the sword, die by the sword.
