hehehe, I saw that interview on SkyNews this afternoon. What he said was correct though.
On the interest rate front, I have not read anywhere that Howard had refuted the 22% interest rate claim against him when he was the treasurer.
Also, he had not refuted what Rudd said about the 4 budget deficits Howard had when he was the treasurer.
